Mr Lim is a great salesman. Although he’s fully aware that I would not be able to purchase anything from him since I’m in a different country, he still patiently explain to me the benefits of each model of the ranghood I was interested in. In addition, he went out his way to look for information I inquired about but he didn’t know the answer at the time. He provided additional info on the following day. Very professional.
